Pulling Grips Standard Model AAA
Description
Pulling Grips Standard Model AAA from Lewis Manufacturing, are made in Single or Double Weave configurations of High Fatigue Aircraft Strand Steel Cable that is plastic coated with a special UV Resistant Coating.
The plastic coating increases the life of the grip, provides a bearing surface on underground pulls and increases the ease and SAFETY of installation & removal.
The Pulling Eyes on Standard Pulling Grips Model AAA are equipped with an Aluminum Tube Eye for a more durable attachment point.
Copper sleeves on the tail end of wire mesh add reinforcement and ensure quick loading of product (such as wire rope) to be pulled.
Optional Features:
Flexible Soft Eye Option
- The pulling eye can be ordered with our exclusive Patented, Flexible Soft Eye, Stress relieving plastic tubing for use in less abrasive inner conduit pulls. To get a soft eye model, just add SE to the end of the part number.
Friction Swivel Link Option
- We can equip the grip with a friction swivel link if your pulling operation, such as vibratory plow cable burial, requires a friction swivel. You can order the swivel option by adding WS to the end of the part number.
